How To Make Sure You’re Talking To The Right People In Your Audience (Part 1)

HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE TALKING TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN YOUR AUDIENCE

I’ve said this a lot: I love Facebook advertising because it allows you to put your offer or message in front of an audience you define.

But it’s not always that easy.

Especially here in the Philippines.

That’s only because Facebook still has to learn a lot more about us as its users and put in more Filipino-specific interests to be targetable.

So having said this, how can you make sure you’re talking to the right people?

The first and simplest way is to just call them out on your ad or post.

“Hey business owners!”
“Hi Batangeños!”
“Calling all graduating students!”

That immediately gets the attention of the people you are speaking to and removes those who are not in your audience.

Just be careful to stay within policy and not call out people by sensitive traits.
